Cancellation Policy

All orders are FINALĀ and canā€™t be cancelled.Ā Ā To avoid cancellation due toĀ failed delivery, the customer mustĀ makeĀ sure all their details are correct. If the delivery company has had 2 failed delivery attempts due to customer not being available Danaā€™s Creations willĀ not be responsible in paying another delivery fee. The customer will be asked to pay theĀ additional delivery fee to the company.Ā If the customer is not responding or keeps rescheduling, we will cancel your order and the customer will be responsible for 50% cancellation and restocking fee (which will be deducted from the refund). The shipping fee isĀ not refunded. Refund will beĀ actionedĀ within 10-30 working days.
